An attitude of gratitude and praise is the mindset needed to thrive at the level God created us for. Have you ever wondered why the scripture tell us the earth is full of God's goodness? How can this be the case with all the killings, wars, hunger and evil? Regardless of what we see, be fully persuaded of God’s goodness and his faithfulness.This mindset will help us see things differently.
For example, in depressed economies, you have people facing hardships but a few that see opportunities make millions.. Jesus never saw lack or need but rather opportunities. This is because he had an attitude of gratitude regardless of what he was faced with. He saw an opportunity to demonstrate God's goodness.
At Lazarus's grave side and when he only had five loaves and two fishes, he gave God thanks. The result was mind blowing miracles. It is this mindset of God's love and goodness that will cause us to operate in God's power. God's love and goodness is greater than apparent evil . We will use these to overcome anything thrown at us by the enemy.
