Bible Reading: Job 12: 7-10
Special Verse: Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
Whenever I take time to closely observe creation or meditate on the works of God’s hands, I come to know Him in a deeper way. One of the greatest tragedies of our generation is that we have lost touch with God’s creation.
Before the Bible was written, many of the heroes of faith—celebrated in Hebrews—walked with God and accomplished great exploits because they perceived His character through creation. This revelation led them to seek a relationship with the invisible God, who made Himself known through His handiwork.
Today, many deny the existence of an awesome Creator because their hearts have become hardened. But as children of God, we must learn to watch creation with fresh eyes, asking Him to reveal His divine attributes through it. Doing so will not only deepen our faith and quiet our anxieties but also inspire creativity and innovation.
For truly, our God is an awesome, mind-blowing Creator!
