God Does Not Keep a Record of Your Sins

God Does Not Keep a Record of Your Sins

Bible Reading: Hebrews 9: 6-15

Special Verse: Micah 7:19
"You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea."

If only I had understood the meaning of the grace of God as I do today, over 30 years after receiving Christ, I would have risen above my failures and sins much sooner. When I fell, I would have allowed grace to pick me up and help me leave my past behind. Yes, I got up, but my past clung to me like a dark shadow because I didn’t realize that God’s great plan for my life already accounted for my failures.

Many Christians find themselves in this same place—feeling like they’ve disappointed or embarrassed God, believing He is angry with them. But God loves you as a father loves his child, fully aware of your weaknesses and failures. His love is unconditional and everlasting.

What you do does not change God’s ultimate plan for your life. While sin and its consequences may require Him to use a different route to bring you to His intended destination, His love and purpose for you remain constant. All you need to do is repent, take His hand, and let Him lead you forward.

Remember, God has cast your sins into the depths of the sea. Let go of the past and embrace His grace, for His plans for you are good, and His love never fails.
