Bible Reading: Matthew 7
Special Verse: Matthew 7:2
"And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?"
Have you ever drawn conclusions about someone’s actions only to discover later that you were completely wrong? I’ve been in that situation several times, and it has taught me to make a conscious effort to believe the best about people until proven otherwise.
We all have our flaws and failings, and it’s vital to extend grace to others just as we hope for grace in return. Healthy relationships are built on mutual understanding, forgiveness, and the willingness to give others the benefit of the doubt. True friends don’t judge you solely by your mistakes. Instead, they look beyond your failures to see your heart and your intentions.
As humans, we all struggle with self-doubt and imperfections. The last thing you need is to fight for relationships where you are not accepted despite your efforts. Surround yourself with people who love unconditionally, who embrace you for who you are, flaws and all. And as you choose to love others without conditions, trust that there are people ready to love you in the same way.
