Minimize Your Problem by Magnifying the Word

Bible Reading: Psalm 147: 1-12 Memory verse: 1 Samuel 17:26,“Then David spoke to the men that stood by him, saying, what shall be done to the man that kills this Philistine, and takes away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?”

When we are faced with difficult situations, how we talk about them is very crucial to the outcome. Do you notice that David never referred to Goliath as a giant? He never talked about his size or called him by his name. His focus was on his covenant of circumcision which made Israel the army of the living God. Sometime ago, the Holy Spirit told me that the name I called my problems was critical. No matter what they are, see them from the eyes of the living God and they will shrink in your perspective.

God’s point of view is what the Bible says about your challenge. For example, if you have a sickness attacking your body, God’s point of view is that you are healed and sickness is an intruder in your body. You will need to come against it as the healed on whom Satan is putting sickness on. This makes it easier for you to have faith for divine intervention.
