Bible Reading: Mark 6:45-56
Memory verse: Mark 6:45, “Immediately He made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, to Bethsaida, while He sent the multitude away.”
Jesus himself persuaded his disciples to go on a boat ride that was going to be trouble. He knew a storm of hurricane proportion was on the way to hit them. Was his plan that his disciples be tormented or killed by the experience? Of course not. In the same way his plan isn’t that your troubles torment or kill you. His purpose is that you pass the test by exercising kingdom authority over the challenges. His word spoken to you is your weapon. He said to speak to your mountains to move into the sea so you can walk on level ground. Stop climbing mountains, start leveling them because life is easier that way. The challenges you are facing are only a TEST after which you will have a TESTimony. Keep speaking and walking by faith.
