Bible Reading: Matthew 28
Special Verse: Mark 8:36
"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"
At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, I sought God in prayer, asking Him for understanding about what was happening and where it was leading. He made it clear to me that it was part of a Satanic agenda designed to bring about global totalitarian control. He also warned me about the vaccine rollout and its eventual mandates. From that moment, the Holy Spirit instructed me to prepare for the persecution ahead.
Determined to stand firm, I spent time studying Scripture and biblical accounts of persecution so that I would be ready when trials came. When the vaccine mandate was enforced at my workplace—forcing me to choose between compliance or losing my job—I knew I could not compromise. The cost of obedience was high, but my decision was unwavering.
Unfortunately, not everyone holds firm when tested. Judas Iscariot had a price—thirty pieces of silver. That was all it took for Satan to purchase his soul. How many times have we, too, compromised what we know is right simply because Satan offered us an easier way out of a difficult situation?
God calls us to lay down our lives for Him, just as He gave His for us. The price of obedience may seem great, but the eternal reward is beyond anything we can imagine. Stand firm, for no temporary gain is worth the loss of your soul.
