Reflection:
The body of Christ is called to be the solution to the world’s problems. Jesus demonstrated this throughout His ministry—when a hungry crowd ran out of food, He multiplied five loaves and two fish to feed over five thousand. When the wine ran out at a wedding, He turned water into wine. As He walked down the road and encountered a funeral procession, He raised the dead man to life. The Gospels cannot contain all the miracles He performed, each one a response to a pressing need.
That same Jesus now lives in us through the Holy Spirit. He overcame evil with His heart of compassion and used what was available to Him to meet the needs of those around Him. Likewise, God has given us gifts, talents, and resources, not just for ourselves but to bring solutions to others. Our ministry is not confined to the four walls of a church—it extends to our homes, workplaces, and every place we go.
By actively solving problems and bringing transformation wherever we are, we truly "occupy" for Christ. See yourself as a minister of Christ 24/7, bringing His light into every sphere of influence.
