Bible Reading: Ephesians 6:1-19
Special Verse: 2 Corinthians 10:5
Since our battle isn’t fought in the heavens but within our own minds, it’s essential to understand how it unfolds. Reflect on what you’re thinking—being passive about your thoughts is dangerous. Any thought that tries to elevate itself above the Word of God is a fiery dart from the enemy, aimed at disrupting your peace. Such thoughts must be arrested immediately. We must bring them down so they do not rule or consume our minds. When we counter these thoughts by speaking God’s promises aloud, their hold over us weakens and eventually breaks. I challenge you to declare God’s promises whenever negativity invades your mind—observe the change.
Nothing external can have power over you unless you grant it. We shape our world through our thoughts, which is why our minds are often under siege. By training your mind through feeding it God’s truth, your life will align with His purpose. So today and always, be mindful of what you allow into your mind.
