This is the second video of powerful lessons from Daniel . Daniel was a young man who was taken to Babylon in captivity along with his 3 hebrew friends.Israel had sinned against God and as a result God caused the Babylonians to destroy their land. Daniel made up his mind from the beginning not to compromise his stand with God and as a result, God honored him and his friends. There is nothing like being lucky because luck is when opportunity meets preparation. Although he was royalty, he found himself in a situation that he had to face the consequences of Israel's sin but because he was faithful to God , God promoted him in Babylon. This shows that bad things happen to good people. Never sit and brood over the bad situations that come your way because God's grace is sufficient for you. Although the rest of Israel complained, Daniel moved on and experienced God's favor.
The cross supercede anything the devil can do. Just keep your eyes focused on his promises. Jeremiah promised the conquer of Jerusalem and that they should go to Babylon and settle there because they will prosper . Daniel embraced this prophecy as a result he experienced God's blessings because in the midst of pain and disappointment he trusted God. He took a stand in the market place and was not afraid of stepping out and exercising the gift of God. As a result many lives were saved and he was rewarded with a promotion. He presented himself as a problem solver in Babylon.
