Each of us must accept the responsibility to discover and walk in God's will for our lives. Discovering this is not difficult when we prioritize knowing the written word of God and obeying it.
There are specific directives in scripture that no one can miss and when we ignore them, know the none specific will of God becomes difficult if not impossible. Another thing we can't over look is the need to be totally committed to Jesus. By being a living sacrifice, we won't have problems discovering the will of God for our lives.
